Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement
CASA recognizes diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI, also known as EDI) as key components in fostering a thriving climbing advocacy community.
CASA understands that DEI is a verb, and is actively committed to creating a space in which all people, regardless of age, gender identity/expression, ability, race, color, sexual orientation, migratory status, and socioeconomic background feel welcome, safe, and supported.
CASA does not tolerate any form of harassment or discrimination. Furthermore, CASA Leadership will uphold this policy across all public and internal programming and take swift action, as necessary and applicable, should such behavior arise.
The CASA leadership is always open to feedback from the community. For questions or concerns, please contact CASA leadership.
