Do you know—right now—where every single piece of your climbing gear is? Okay, roughly where it is?

Are you deadline-oriented and good at taking direction, but can also self-start as needed?

If you’re nodding your head “yes,” then you have the chops. Hint: This’ll look GREAT on your resume 😉

Here's the scoop on the position.

Responsibilities:

  • May be a board member or deputy director (but you don’t have to be)
  • If not already a board member or deputy director, then
  • Attend 4 quarterly director meetings
  • Help to guidance and support to CASA's operation
  • Read and understand proposals
  • Read and respond to emails and other communications
  • Work with Vice President to gain and maintain an understanding of CASA's management
  • Work with Vice President, President, President Elect, and Board of Directors to ensure CASA operates efficiently in achieving its mission
  • Assist Vice President in coordinating and leading quarterly Board of Directors meetings 
  • Assist Vice President and President where needed
  • Assist with and learn risk management/keeping & paying for insurance
  • Assist President and President Elect with coordinating volunteers when they are not available or as needed

🕓 Estimated time commitment: 1-3 hours per week
