Here's the scoop on the position.

Responsibilities:

  • May be a board member or deputy director (but you don’t have to be)
  • If not already a board member or deputy director, then
  • Attend 4 quarterly director meetings
  • Help to guide and support CASA's operation
  • Read and understand proposals
  • Read and respond to emails and other communications
  • Work with President to gain and maintain an understanding of CASA's management
  • Assist with providing leadership to Board of Directors and to organization
  • Work with President, Vice President, Vice President Elect, and Board of Directors to ensure CASA operates efficiently in achieving its mission
  • Assist President and/or Vice President to help coordinate and lead quarterly Board of Directors meetings 
  • Assist with keeping CASA in good standing with the state of AZ:  (Keeping addresses up to date and filing annual paperwork)
  • Assist with keeping CASA structurally and financially sound

🕓 Estimated time commitment: 1-3 hours per week
