Become CASA's Donation Drive Coordinator

Love being where the party is? Are you cool with being super active with CASA for a month or two, then doing only a little bit here and there through the rest of the year?

If yes, then you have the chops. Hint: This’ll look fantastic on your resume. 😉

Here's the scoop on the position.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the Annual Donation Drive
  • Schedule all tabling events with Rocks and Ropes/other locations
  • Coordinate other volunteers to help table and promote CASA
  • Ensure all donors are entered into database; previous donor data is updated 
  • Ensure all payments received at Donation Drives are recorded in database, cash/checks are handed off to Treasurer for deposit

🕓 Estimated time commitment:
~8 hours per week for 2-month period (April and two weeks before/after)
8-10 hours TOTAL for the rest of the year at other tabling events
