Here's the scoop on the position.
Responsibilities:
  • ​Identify, contact, and secure knowledgeable speakers for climbing/outdoor education
  • Book event spaces and confirm AV needs
  • Create speaker bios and event descriptions for promotion
  • Coordinate with CASA’s Media Coordinator and Website Manager on graphics, posts, and outreach
  • Promote events through social media, local gyms, and relevant community groups
  • Host each event: introduce CASA, share announcements, and facilitate the session
  • Conduct post-event follow-up: thank-yous, feedback gathering, and media recaps​
🕓 Estimated time commitment:
        2-3 hours a week during winter climbing season.
