Become a Director with CASA

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to CASA's operation 
• Attend quarterly Board meetings
• Read and understand proposals (but not vote* on them)
• Read and respond to emails and other communications
• Maintain an understanding of CASA's management
• Ensure CASA continues to function at a high level​

​*Note: Legally, board members have fiduciary responsibility for the organization. This means you’d have an obligation to act with loyalty and in the best interest of the organization, with the highest level of fidelity. 

🕓 Estimated time commitment: 1-2 hours per week
Term duration: 2 years with potential for two additional 2-year terms
