Here's the scoop on the position.
Responsibilities:
Drive the following activities:
  • Coordinate collection of information for CliffNotes
  • Produce CASA CliffNotes on a monthly schedule and email it to newsletter subscribers using MailChimp
  • Maintain subscriber email list
  • Write other informational/promotional emails as needed for events and call-to-action announcements
  • Print and distribute flyers for CASA events
  • Collect data for annual report
  • Collaborate with Social Media Coordinator and Webmaster
  • News media outreach as determined by Social Media Coordinator, Community Outreach Liaison, and Directors​
🕓 Estimated time commitment:
4 hours per week Feb/March for Annual Report
2 hours per week in remainder of year for CliffNotes
Monthly releases of CliffNotes
